Pumpkin Spice Latte

A healthier and cheaper version of the popular Starbucks drink. This recipe makes 2 servings.















1 cup brewed coffee
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 cup coconut milk (you can use any type of milk you like)
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
2 tbsp sweetener (I used liquid coconut sugar, but agave, honey or regular sugar works too. Use more or less depending on your preference.)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until combined (1-2min). Pour liquid into a pot and heat. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and a cinnamon stick.
